A cancer coach is an individual who works with his/her clients to overcome limiting issues that prevent living as full as life as possible while going through cancer. Many coaches work with their clients to look at physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual issues the client is dealing with. By empowering a client with tools to overcome these issues, the client learns how to move past these issues, turning them into assets for battling their disease. We are not medical professionals but have been certified in coaching techniques that benefit our clients.
Many times a cancer coach, like myself, is a survivor themselves. We know what you are going through at this time. We have had the same emotions, physical challenges and spiritual questioning you may be facing. We can work with you through EMPATHY rather than SYMPATHY.
Remember you are never alone in this journey. A cancer coach is here for you to provide support to you to help you go from SURVIVING to THRIVING!
